Return policy

At Pojersey, we want you to love your football jersey. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read through our return policy below for all the details.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: The item must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, such as jerseys with custom names or numbers, are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error with the order.

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@leequantumfair.online to initiate the return process. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.

3. Ship Your Return: Pack the item securely in the original packaging, and send it back to us using the return address we provide. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

• If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund if you are returning the entire order.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or design, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. Since stock may vary, exchanging items directly is not always possible. If you need assistance with exchanging an item, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to ensure all items are in perfect condition before shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@leequantumfair.online with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer's Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective, incorrect, or damaged items.

• Return Label: If applicable, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for returns of defective or wrong items.

7. International Returns

For international returns, the process is the same as for domestic returns. However, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs fees, taxes, or duties that may apply. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
